Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is presented as per the author guidelines (template).
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Journal Publication Frequency

Two issues will be published annually, one in January and one in July.


Submission Guidelines for Authors

To ensure a smooth process through peer review, production, and publication, authors must carefully follow the provided instructions (according to the given template). Adhering closely to these guidelines will help ensure that the manuscript meets the journal’s requirements and avoids unnecessary delays.


Structure

The paper should be compiled in the following order:

  • Title page (title of manuscript, authors, affiliations, and contact details of corresponding author)

  • Abstract followed by 5–7 keywords on a separate page

  • Main text (Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions and Recommendations)

  • References, Acknowledgments, and Appendices (if applicable)


Word Limit

Typical manuscript length: 6000–8000 words (inclusive of title, abstract, main text, tables, figures, references).
The word count must be provided at the end of the references list.


Manuscript Preparation

  • Must be written in US or UK English.

  • Single column format using Times New Roman.

  • Two copies: one full version and one anonymized version.

  • Title: Uppercase, bold, font size 14 pt, centered.

  • Author Names: Full names, Times New Roman, 12 pt, centered.

  • Affiliations: Times New Roman, 11 pt, italicized, left aligned with institutional details.


Abstract

  • On a separate sheet with heading ABSTRACT in bold, 14 pt.

  • Text italicized, 12 pt.

  • Maximum 300 words.

  • Followed by 5–7 keywords.


Formatting

  • Headings: Numbered, uppercase, bold, 12 pt.

  • Subheadings: Sentence case, bold, 12 pt.

  • Main text: Fully justified, A4, single line spacing.

  • Insert double space before new headings/subheadings.

  • Page numbers: Top right corner.


Figures & Tables

  • Must have captions (above figures/tables).

  • Source mentioned clearly (below the figure).

  • The Captions and the source must be Left aligned.

  • Must be of sufficient resolution.


Equations

Editable, can be placed in text without numbering.


Referencing

  • Use Harvard style of referencing


Acknowledgments

  • May be added at the end of the list of references.


Appendices

  • Can be added if applicable.


Final Submission

  • Revised version must be submitted to Chief Editor with:

    • Reference number,

    • Response to referees,

    • Updated manuscript.


Privacy Statement

Emails/names will only be used for journal purposes, not shared externally.
